Now you can consult a doctor from the comfort of your home or office, or even whilst you are on holiday, as long as you have a decent internet connection. No appointment necessary, no lengthy waiting times, no more hassle-filled journeys to a clinic. Just simple, easy to access, sound advice, right when you need it.

Pay as you go or subscribe

Choose to have full flexibility with Pay As You Go for 100 AED per consultation or opt to have unlimited peace of mind with our Individual or Family Subscriptions

Our subscriptions allow you to maximise your peace of mind, with unlimited access to our doctors. As well as being the most cost effective option, these plans means that you never have to think twice again during moments when you might not be feeling your best.

If you want to trial us first, opt for Pay As You Go for 100 AED each consultation. Same top quality service, just paid for as and when you need us. Plus, all first time users get 30 AED credit meaning you first consultation will only cost 70 AED. If you change your mind, you can always upgrade at a later date, with no worries and minimum hassle.

Sick Leave Certificate

When you are feeling unwell, the last thing you want to do is trek through the heat to a clinic, just to get a sick note. After a quick video consultation with one of our qualified doctors, you can rest and focus on getting better with a DHA issued Sick Leave Certificate accessible from within the app. Not sure what warrants a day off, or how long you should stay away from the office when you are ill? Need a referral to see a specialist? Our doctors can give you a DHA eReferral which will allow you to make an appointment with any specialist consultant in Dubai. All you have to do is ask your Health at Hand doctor to make the DHA application. Once issued you can access your eReferral from within the app.

Prescription Delivery

Your doctor will list any medications you require in your Doctor’s Report in the app. You will receive clear instructions on dosage and you will be able to take this to any pharmacy to purchase over the counter medicine. But to make it even easier, we have partnered with 800 Pharmacy in Dubai for quick delivery. Now your Health at Hand doctor can arrange for your medication to be delivered to your home or office. Whilst we are unable to issue prescribed drugs such as antibiotics, we can prescribe a much longer list of items than you would find in your average store.

Photo Upload Feature

Don’t forget to upload a photo. Our research shows looking and listening are the two most common skills used by doctors during diagnosis. During a video consultation, your doctor will ask you the same questions you are used to answering in the clinic. The doctor may use the camera to look closely, and you are able to upload photos to support diagnosis when you set up your call. It is always a good idea to upload a clear photo when you are setting up the call as your back camera on your phone is higher resolution than your front camera (which is used during the video).

Medical History

We know how important it is that your doctor is fully informed of your medical history. The My Health profile page on the app allows you to input details about your medical history, your family’s medical history, existing conditions, allergies and whether you are currently taking any medication. This is a unique feature that puts your medical profile in your control and can be edited at any time. Your doctor will view your My Health profile before each call.
